Hence, keeping printed service booklets up to date across different countries was much slower, costlier, and difficult to manage. They needed a simpler way and faster to support their service teams with the right and latest information.

The app provides all the service guides to quickly identify, diagnose, and find repair steps for both home and commercial air conditioning units from their phones, using their local language.
