Toyo Dealer Portal was developed to provide greater convenience to dealers of Toyo and Silverstone tyres. It allows them to connect directly to the company, where digital enquiries, requests and submissions can be made remotely and routed instantly to the relevant departments for a timely response.
The Toyo Dealer portal currently includes the following modules:
This module allows dealers to retrieve all finance related information without making multiple phone calls and requests to the company or sales agents. Dealers are able to self-serve and view their up-to-date ‘Finance Statement’, ‘Billing Statement’ and ‘Account Details’ directly from Toyo’s system.
This allows dealers to submit their warranty claims to the company digitally where each submission is routed instantly to relevant parties for timely action. With this module, the claim process can be significantly speed up and reduce error.
More modules will be introduced into the portal in future.
