Toyo Connect

We created Toyo Connect for Toyo and Silverstone employees. This internal work portal is developed to create a more effective work flow system to increase productivity within the organisation.

The portal allows paperwork to be submitted to the company digitally and remotely. It routes all requests and submissions to the relevant departments for swifter approval and process time.

The Toyo Connect portal currently includes the following modules:

Signboard Sponsorship Application

This module allows sales representatives to submit applications for Signboard Sponsorship on behalf of dealers under their service. Each submission will be routed directly to the Report Manager and Finance Team for approval.

Credit Application

Under this module, sales representatives are able to submit a credit limit review on behalf of dealers under their care. Each request will be routed directly to the Report Manager and Finance Team for approval

Request for Internal IT Services

This allows Toyo and Silverstone employees to submit all IT related requests to the company. Submissions will be directly routed to the company’s IT Help Desk.

Claim Module

This module allows all Toyo & Silverstone employees to submit their claims to the company. Claims will be routed to reporting manager and finance team for approval.

Other modules will be added into the system in future.
