Panasonic Vietnam wanted to reward loyal customers while streamlining the product warranty registration process. Their goal was to drive stronger post-purchase engagement and reduce reliance on manual processes through a digital loyalty experience.

Solution

We developed the My Panasonic mobile app to help Panasonic reward customer loyalty and simplify warranty registration. The app enables users to register their products, collect Panasonic Coins, and redeem them for value-added services like extended warranties or repairs. It also centralises service booking, product promotions, and shopping features into one convenient platform.
